Carl has deep experience and expertise developing creative solutions and strategies for traditional and non-traditional marketing. These have included collateral, advertising, packaging, corporate identities, branding guidelines, direct mail, technical illustration and diagrams, tradeshow booths and graphics, Flash animation, user interface design, icon development, and more. He also has experience building highly functional workflow processes for multiple creative services teams and has established working relationships with outside designers and vendors. Carl has assisted with hiring creative individuals and account coordination with companies such as BMC Software, Peregrine Systems, Remedy Corporation, and Siemens. Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Photography from San Jose State University and has continued his education at UC Santa Cruz with an emphasis on digital media.
